Greg Renyer

I have lived all but 6 years of my life northwest of St. Augustine church. I am the oldest of 13 children with 7 sisters and 5 brothers. As a cradle catholic I was given wonderful examples of living the faith through my mom and dad. I am married to Carol, and we are blessed with 7 grown children and 8 grandchildren currently.
My love of the Eucharist was strengthened when I was unable to receive communion for a year after we were married outside of the church. Our marriage was convalidated on our first anniversary and I have not forgot the emptiness of not being able to receive the Body, Blood, Soul, Divinity of Jesus. I continue to grow in the faith with the Bible, Catechism, reading books, taking courses, and daily prayer. The Rosary and Divine Mercy Chaplet are my go-to prayers.
