  Relationship is the foundation of our faith. Developing and unfolding the love story between us and God spills over into the love we share for those around us.
- Small Groups
  
  Small groups are a beautiful way to connect, learn and serve in a parish community. We have a variety of small groups that are ongoing, formative and connective in nature. If you would like to dip your toe in the water, here are some open, public groups to try:
  Men's Group | 6:15 am every Thursday at Sacred Heart
  Womens Group | 6:15 am every Friday at Sacred Heart
  Journey in the Word | 5:30 pm every Sunday at Sacred Heart

  Spiritual Direction
  Spiritual Direction is a one-on-one experience with a member of the Church equipped to guide you in your personal walk with Christ. Consider asking your parish pastor for help in discerning a spiritual mentor. The School of Faith trains and also provides Spiritual Direction.
